Founded by Akash and Santosh Jadhav, Kropiq is built on a simple belief: farming is a business, and it needs to be treated like one.
Having experienced the realities of farming firsthand, Santosh understands the challenges farmers face, the costs involved and the difference the right decisions can make. He brings these real-world lessons to Kropiq, translating experience into practical solutions farmers can apply on their own farms.
Together with Akash, whose vision is to build a thriving agricultural ecosystem, Akash is helping turn these experiences into structured training and actionable guidance that help farmers increase productivity, manage costs and build more profitable, sustainable businesses. Through Kropiq, they aim to redefine how farming is approached in India, with a stronger focus on the business of farming.

We want every serious farmer and agripreneur in India to make informed decisions and run their farms with the rigour of a successful business, making profitable, sustainable and respected farming the new standard.
By 2030, we aim to train over five lakh learners across India through a comprehensive training ecosystem spanning crop management, irrigation, agri-finance, branding and sustainable farming.
